30 silos for animal feed manufacturer

30 silos 60m³ - Ø 2.800mm for animal feed manufacturer, seamless mirror-smooth inner walls., Insensitive to condensation, maintenance-friendly, strong, durable and resistant to all weather conditions.
M.I.P. is currently installing 30 silos for a German manufacturer of compound animal feed. The silos have a capacity of 60m³, a diameter of 2.800mm and a height of almost 12 metres.

The dog and cat food that our customer produces is composed of the natural spoils that dogs and cats find in the wild. The food meets the different needs of dogs and cats regardless of breed, size or age. Thanks to the production method, where the food is compressed in cold water, the vitamins and nutrients in the dog and cat food are completely preserved.

All 30 silos are identical and have a resinous coloured Uv-resistant finish. Because the silos are equipped with seamless, mirror-smooth inner walls, the flow of the product is promoted.

The high thermal insulation value of composite silos makes them insensitive to condensation. As a result, the stored animal feed does not go mouldy. Our composite storage systems are maintenance-friendly, strong, durable and resistant to all weather conditions.

Our engineers are specialists in storage technology and have helped the customer make the right choice for storing pet food. We work closely with the raw material suppliers, so that each time we come up with the best choice for the requested application.

Our designers took into account the environment where the silos had to be placed. They make working drawings, manage the file for the supervisory authorities and guarantee the quality of the end product.
