The CDry® food contact disc dryer has been awarded the International FoodTec Award 2021 in Gold by the German Agricultural Society. This was officially presented at the digital press conference of Allgaier Process Technology GmbH on 23.03.2021.
The Allgaier CDry food is specifically designed to meet the needs of the food industry. Although on the outside it resembles the standard CDry model, it is on the inside where robust system technology, highest material quality and familiar user-friendly features have been designed to meet the exacting standards of the food industry are visible.

The CDry food is flexible and allows for easy product change through the optional automatic CIP Cleaning feature, reducing downtime to a minimum. The process chamber has been designed for compliance with the latest EHEDG guidelines.
