GSort – The key to perfect separation With the GSort Allgaier Process Technology is presenting a completely redesigned separation table for efficient separation of dry and non-sticky moist materials according to their density. Thanks to its new design, the GSort can also be used for sorting tasks that could previously only be solved using water-based processes, e.g. setting machines. The new Allgaier CD Dryer sets new standards in drying and production of dry substances from liquids, suspensions and solutions. The solids are dried by heat conduction from a steam-heated disc to the liquid product applied to the disc. The advantage over other contact dryers lies in significantly higher heat transfer surface with simultaneous small space requirement. The indirectly heated contact dryer offers high energy-efficiency compared to convective dryers and further a high degree of customizability in materiality and size. Digital service now with motion curve measurement Allgaier Process Technology again proves its innovation capability with the Release 2.0 of the Allgaier ProcessApp, which was presented at Bauma 2019. With this app, customers have a digital twin of their machine virtually in their pocket. In addition to the tumbler screening machine, the app is now available for other machine types such as the vibration screening machine VRS and the MSizer compact, extend and giant. Each new machine is equipped with its own QR code. The machine can be uniquely identified immediately by scanning the code. A digital twin of the machine and an interactive drawing guides the user of the App easily to the appropriate spare parts. The user can select and send inquiry for these parts from Allgaier Process Technology with one simple click. New short-deck-sizer with high screening performance Allgaier Process Technology/Frederik Mogensen AB launched a new short-deck-sizer with high screening performance, large capacity and a small footprint at the Bauma 2019: the MSizer compact. The MSizer compact replaces the very succesfull short-deck-sizer Mogensen G-Sizer. The sophisticated technology with several screen decks arranged on top of each other, with the topmost screen having the smallest and the bottommost screen having the greatest inclination, was further optimized in terms of technology, design and function principle to increased needs. The MSizer compact offers high screening performance, large capacity and a small footprint. It is driven by a single vibrator engine resulting in the typical elliptical motion pattern that counteracts blinding of the screens and loosens and stratifies the feed material. Maximum drying efficiency combined with low product temperatures After two years of development, Allgaier Process Technology is presenting a new, combined drum dryer/cooler system based on the Mozer system: the TK-D. This system makes it possible to take previously dried solids and cool them down to especially low temperatures, all the way down to nearly the ambient or cooling air temperature. KG has expanded its MSizer portfolio and presented the new MSizer giant at Bauma 2019 in Munich. The new MSizer giant is the most powerful and flexible long-deck classifier machine based on the Sizer principle. With a throughput of over 80 t/h, e.g. when screening granulated sugar, the MSizer giant becomes the largest sizer in the world.
