On July 16, 2024 the special machine manufacturer Allgaier Process Technology GmbH held its first works meeting following the takeover by STAFAG International GmbH. The integration into the global Siebtechnik Tema Group is running smoothly. The meeting confirmed the positive spirit of optimism and marked an important step towards a promising future. Management, employees and the employee representatives are optimistic and motivated to exploit the new opportunities and synergies of the takeover. The first works council was elected on June 6 and today hosted its first works meeting. The seven newly elected members of the Works Council, chaired by Roland Roller, emphasized that this meeting was an important milestone in the company’s realignment. The establishment of Allgaier Process Technology GmbH as an independent company requires extensive investment and is proceeding according to plan. Allgaier Mogensen has developed a new densimetric table specially designed for the separation of lightweight materials. The GSort Light GL table features new developments and improvements. Allgaier Mogensen has developed a new densimetric table specially designed for the separation of lightweight materials, such as bio stabilized refining, as well as for the processing of other lightweight materials, based on the successful concept of the GSort high-density application table. The GSort Light GL table features new developments and improvements in the equipment inlet as well as the design of the treatment bottom and its improved air distribution system, providing a series of advantages. Capacity increased that handles about twice the flow compared to the previous model. The half-meter wide GSort GL50 model will replace the FM100X130 model (one meter width). Its special treatment bottom plate (not applicable in all cases and depending on the quality requirements of the compost or heavy products) renders the bottom outlet for heavy fines unnecessary, allowing for a compact design that is of lower height, providing savings in support structures and maintenance,

Precision and performance with the new Sizer technology Al Khaleej Sugar, owner and operator of the worldwide biggest standalone sugar refinery, supplied already to customers in more than 40 countries before project was started. The production capacity was 2,400 MT per year with a daily throughput of more than 6,000 tons. Nowhere near enough. By installing and commissioning of Mogensen machines the sugar production capacity was increased to more than 7,000 tons per day with reduced number of machines. The task from Al Khaleej was manifold Temporary appearing higher sugar moisture effected regular screen clogging and product mixing with related time effort for maintenance and screen cleaning. Additionally there have been quality claims from notable sugar customers to an increasing degree caused by product impurities from rubber abrasive wear from screen cleaning device. The complete Sizer family Allgaier Process Technology expanded its MSizer portfolio with two more models: the MSizer Compact and the MSizer Giant. The MSizer is based on the Sizer screening technology developed by Fredrik Mogensen over five decades ago, with different screen decks placed one above the other. The machine is adapted in terms of technology, design and function principle to the increased needs based on the most modern simulation methods and numerous tests in the Mogensen technical center. High sieve quality and capacities can now be achieved due to optimized vibration of the sieve decks. Effizientere Aufbereitung von Kalkstein-Siebschutt: Trocknen und Reinigen in einem Schritt During the extraction of limestone in quarries, so-called pre-screening debris are yielded. Up to 90 % of this pre-screened material consists of good limestone rock, which is frequently heavily interstratified with clay and loam impurities. Therefore, it could only be sold as a low-grade product without being cleaned correspondingly. Usually wet washing processes are used, e.g. rock washing plants known from sand and gravel processing, to remove the pollutants adherent to the limestone. Then the washed materials have to be dried before further processing (crushing, screening, classifying, burning). The use of rock washing plants requires an expensive sewage and sludge treatment and, only for this reason, cannot be used unproblematically everywhere. The required capital spending and power for such plants, above all combined with drying, is considerable, also because the washing of the rock leads to the a higher water content exceeding the original rock moisture.
