Kaeser “Compact” series rotary blowers combine exceptional availability, energy efficiency and ease of maintenance with quiet performance and long service life. Kaeser has now extended this range of powerful mid-range rotary blowers with the addition of its two latest models, the CB 110 C and CB 130 C.

“Compact” series rotary blowers are equipped with flow-optimised “Omega profile” rotors for pressures up to 1000 mbar(g), or 500 mbar (vacuum). The CB 110 C model’s maximum pressure is 800 mbar(g), whilst the CB 130 C can reach 1000 mbar(g) – they provide flow rates of 9.5 and 12.3 m³/min respectively. Both provide a maximum vacuum of 500 mbar (a).

Meticulous design and logical component layout make maintenance work simple, as these space-saving units are accessed from the front. All pipe connections as well as ventilation openings are located at the rear. This not only reduces maintenance costs, but also means that they can be placed side by side to save even more space.

Both models are fitted with an energy-saving ‘EU-eff1’ rated motor* (18.5 or 30 kW max. rated power) as standard and feature “Omega Profile” rotors and a specially designed block casing to ensure low energy consumption, outstanding performance and minimal sound levels.

The inlet and discharge silencers ensure exceptional performance at all speeds and duty points. In addition, the three-lobe “Omega Profile” rotor versions make for considerably decreased pulsation compared with standard rotor profile
