Reliable, Efficient, Quiet CB 110 C and CB 130 C `Compact` series rotary blowers
Reliable, Efficient, Quiet
CB 110 C and CB 130 C `Compact` series rotary blowers “Compact” series rotary blowers are equipped with flow-optimised “Omega profile” rotors and deliver pressures up to 1000 mbar (g), or 500 mbar (vacuum). The CB 110 C model has a maximum pressure of 800 mbar (g), whilst the CB 130 C can reach 1000 mbar (g) - they provide flow rates of 9.5 and 12.3 m³/min respectively. Both provide a maximum vacuum of 500 mbar (a) and, according to model, have volume flow rates of 9.6 and 12.4 m³/min. Meticulous design and logical component layout make maintenance work simple, as these space-saving units are accessed from the front and all pipe connections as well as ventilation openings are located at the rear. This not only significantly reduces maintenance costs, but also means that they can be placed right next to each other to save even more space. Both models are fitted with an energy-saving ‘EU-eff1’ rated motor* (18.5 or 30 kW max. rated power) as standard and feature “Omega Profile” rotors and a specially…

Optimised Compressed Air Production with the `Sigma Air Manager` Maximum Reliability, Maximum Efficiency
Optimised Compressed Air Production with the `Sigma Air Manager`
Maximum Reliability, Maximum Efficiency Most engineering applications not only require large volumes of high quality compressed air, but also demand optimum reliability, availability and energy-efficiency from their air systems. Perfect co-ordination and monitoring of the compressed air system is therefore essential to ensure that these needs are met. The “Sigma Air Manager” provides unrivalled air system transparency and delivers all the advantages that advanced control and management technology has to offer. The “Sigma Air Manager” (SAM) is an industrial PC-based control and management system that ensures an exceptionally efficient and reliable source of quality compressed air. Able to control up to 16 compressors, the SAM integrates a master controller and web server and combines energy-saving pressure band control with clear data visualisation. Each system component within the compressed air installation is precisely co-ordinated to provide optimised performance with unrivalled operational transparency.…

Compact and Quiet High-efficiency blower air production
Compact and Quiet
High-efficiency blower air production The “Compact BB 52 C” from Kaeser not only rounds off the company’s smaller capacity rotary blower range, it also features a wide range of technical innovations. These versatile units are equipped with an innovative corrosion- and scratch-resistant sound enclosure made from rotation-sintered polyethylene, which ensures super-silent performance. All components are easily accessible from the front of the unit once this cover is removed. BB 52 C series blowers are available with motor powers from 2.2 kW to 7.5 kW and deliveries from 0.55 to 4.8 m³/min for pressures up to 1000 mbar (g), or 500 mbar (vacuum). Models designed for outdoor installation are also available. Meticulous design and logical component layout mean that “Compact” series blower systems require minimal floor space. Each model is fitted with an energy-saving ‘EU-eff1’ rated motor as standard and features Omega Profile rotors and a specially designed block casing to ensure low energy…

The Cooler Way to Cool Air `ACA` Coolers - Perfect for temperature-sensitive blower applications
The Cooler Way to Cool Air
`ACA` Coolers - Perfect for temperature-sensitive blower applications Heat is always produced as a result of compressing air - with rotary blowers for example, the air discharge temperature can be as high 150 °C. However, there are applications where excessive heat can be a disadvantage, such as pneumatic conveying of baking mixes, or bulk materials containing fat, e. g. animal feed. Plastic granules are also often stable only up to 60 °C. With decades of experience in air system design and planning, Kaeser Kompressoren was able to provide an exceptionally efficient and elegant engineering solution: The system uses special air-cooled after-coolers (ACAs) specifically designed for use with rotary blowers. ACAs are able to reduce blowing air temperature from 150 °C to 10 °C above ambient without the complication and expense associated with water-cooled systems. Furthermore, they ensure maximum air usage with minimal pressure loss, as they were specially developed to cope with the large volumes of air generated by rotary…

Efficient, Quiet, Compact New `Compact` blower HB 950 C
Efficient, Quiet, Compact
New `Compact` blower HB 950 C With the new HB 950 C model Kaeser’s range of rotary blowers called `Compact` featuring high-efficiency ‘Omega Profile’ rotors is complete. The series is ideal for delivery volumes ranging from 1.5 to 93 m³/min and pressures down to 500 mbar (vacuum) or up to 1000 mbar (g). Meticulous design and logical component layout make maintenance work simple, as these space-saving units are accessed from the front and all pipe connections and ventilation openings are located at the rear. This not only significantly reduces maintenance costs, but also means that several units can be placed right next to each other to save even more space. Each model is fitted with an energy-saving ‚EU-eff1’ motor as standard and features omega profile rotors and a specially designed housing to ensure low energy consumption, outstanding performance and minimal sound levels.

Rotary blowers with aftercooler: The DB 166 C and DB 236 C
Rotary blowers with aftercooler: The DB 166 C and DB 236 C
Kaeser Kompressoren recently introduced its new generation of high efficiency rotary blowers. In combination with an efficient aftercooler, the DB 166 C and the DB 236 C not only provide significant energy savings, but also help to reduce overall costs. In view of continuously soaring prices for industrial energy in recent years, the issue of how to save energy has become a key focus for discussion. An important factor to consider therefore is that the efficiency of a machine, or system, is dictated by its total service life costs rather than just by how much energy it consumes. It was with this knowledge in mind that Kaeser set about developing its latest generation of rotary blowers. The resulting ”DB 166 C” and ”DB 236 C” models are consequently based on inherently intelligent design. System operators not only benefit from the significant energy and operational cost savings that these innovative rotary blower systems have to offer, but are also able to…
