Filling System for FIBCs and Sacks with High Containment
POWTECH
The patented ProClean Liner Filling Head (LBK) of Hecht Anlagenbau GmbH allows the contamination-free filling of any type of containers. The product outlet and a side hand-access opening are closed towards the environment by a protective liner. For connecting a container, a liner is fixed with a rubber ring and secured with a counter ring. The operator removes the contaminated protective liners and the rubber rings of the previous filling process by using a liner tube at the hand-access opening. Upon filling the container, the liner is closed and separated underneath the counter ring with the effect that both the filled sack and the filling head are sealed against the environment. The liner tube enveloping the contaminated protective liners and rubber rings is disposed of. This filling system is working extremely well for FIBCs with inliner. The product is closed towards the environment at any time. Thus the ProClean LBK meets highest demands on human- and product safety. For the discharge of any type of containers, there is available the also patented ProClean Liner Connecting System (LAS).
