Pelletron introduces the new XP-Series DeDuster
Pelletron’s XP-Series DeDuster is the most compact DeDuster available in various sizes for discharge capacities from 500kg/h to 100,000kg/h. The DeDuster separates particles as small as one (1) micron as well as long streamers or paper contaminants. The system is ideal for all kind of granular products which needs to be cleaned before packaging, shipping or processing.
What’s new?
1. 50% height reduction! The already low height of the DeDusters was cut in half to reduce the installation height
2. 100% increase of the cleaning area! The surface of the cleaning decks was doubled to increase the cleaning efficiency and through put.
3. Energy saving! The air consumption was reduced by optimizing the air distribution design
4. Venturi effect! The new designed venture zone increases the Venturi effect and reduces the carry over to an absolute minimum
