Separate solids from liquids or segregate dry materials into various sizes. Particles as fine as 400 mesh (37 microns) can be screened with up to 4 screen decks incorporated in one Sweco Separator. No special flooring or foundation is needed unless working floor space is required. Simple and efficient design requires less horsepower. No one has more experience creating round separation solutions... we`ve been around for more than 50 years.
Since a long time, SWECO offers equipment for better quality of bioethanol. SWECO 48" separator can filter 4000 l/hr at around 0,5 mm. SWECO has helped many plants for recirculation of Digester filtrate. SWECO Vibrating screen takes out all sort of dry undesirable stuff: fibers, sand, hairs... and protects all equipment behind, or reduces the mass of waste.
