FlowSlide meter replaces weigh feeders and hopper scales

The FlowSlide Meter offers a precise and maintenance free alternative to conventionell weigh feeders
and hopper scales.
The FlowSlide system measures in the process. The product is guided via a curved stainless steal slide. This is causing a centripetal force, which is absolute proportional to the mass flow.
Compared to conventional flow meters based on the effect of impact, the FlowSlide is nearly independent from product density and grain size.
A simple factory calibration provides an accuracy within 2%. With a comparison field calibration it is possible to achive +/- 0.2 %. The Flowslide system is suitable for all free flowing solids within a density
range of 0.03 and 3.0 kg/l .
