Infastaub bag emptying systems with integrated top filter

Infastaub manufactures and sells dust removal devices for industrial applications and dust extraction of machines and workplaces. The company was founded in 1967. Headquarter of the company is Bad v.d.H. in Hessen. Infastaub is represented in all major industries and present in 19 countries. Pocket filters, cartridge filters, bag filters, lamella filters and cassette filters with pneumatic and mechanical cleaning are among the range of products as well as security filters and loading systems. The dust removal devices cover a range of volume flow of 20 m³/h to approx. 20.000³/h.

After three days of exciting discussions, Infastaub’s participation in POWTECH was once again a complete success in 2025. Among other things, the MKR, a two-stage cassette filter system for the reliable filtration of toxic dusts in the production of highly active ingredients, attracted particular interest. The innovative PLC control system with process visualization could be viewed “live” on the MKR. What at first glance looks like a large marine diesel engine is a powerful exhaust air filter solution designed and built by Infastaub. In this case, this system is used to filter dust in the pharmaceutical industry during the production and drying of tablets. The system cleans 8000 m³ of air per hour. As the application involves combustible dusts, the system is built in a pressure-shock-resistant design. The order was placed in July 2023, delivery in January 2024.
