DWR double-skin pipe bend
The DWR double-skin pipe bend is made of stainless steel, and can be supplied in different versions:
”Product-on-product”: In this variant, the double skin comes into effect. After the wear has taken place on the internal pipe bend, it fills with the product to be conveyed. When this process is completed, you are then conveying ”product-on-product” and no further wear is possible. This type is NOT suitable for foodstuffs and material changes.
Lined with concrete; This type is lined with extremely hard (ceramic-like) concrete, with a strength of over 100 N/mm2. Color: light grey; This type is NOT suitable for foodstuffs
Glass pipe bends; This type is highly wear-resistant, and used for conveying abrasive media or for high flow rates, we can supply you with glass pipe bends made from borosilicate glass 3.3 with a copper grounding strip. Applications: e.g. for glass fibre plastic granules
