Grindability depends on material structure and type. Our spiral jetmill grinds soft to middle hard materials (Mohshardness 1-6) in a smooth way.
Ductile and elastic materials can be dispersed and deagglomerated if applicable, but not ground.
Grindable materials cover industrial minerals (like Zeolite, Clay, Barite, Mica, Kaolin, Talc, Bentonite) and chemical products (like Petrol coke, pigments, melamin, glass) and natural products (like alga, seed, egg shells or cocoa).
Grindability details are determined in a grinding trial with which achievable particle sizes, capacities and specific energy consumptions are found.
