Accessory ”vibration damping device” for MOLOSroto level switches from MOLLET The handling of bulk goods requires a special task, as the discharge of the product out of silos and bins does not happen automatically caused by gravity. The product in storage silos or bins has to be made flowable, as many bulk goods can not flow out through the practicable and appropriate discharge cross-sections. Therefore the connection of fiber, parts and particles has to be loosened by the influence of forces. Depending on product characteristics, working environment and applications external silo vibrators or rappers are used often as suitable discharge systems. These discharge systems cause heavy vibrations mainly in the lower section of silos and bins.
