Worldwide expansion of UWT continues
Sensors for level measurement in bulk solids also for Southeast Asian Region
The German company UWT GmbH stands for “Ingeniously simple level measurement in bulk solids” and continues with its expansion on the world market. Only a few weeks ago, UWT announced a new sales representative for the South American market. Now, also for the Southeast Asian market UWT recruited a new sales representative. Gouyan Zhang-Mailänder is native Chinese, speaks English, German and Chinese fluently and has been living in Germany since 8 years. As the new member in UWT’s export team she is responsible for the support of existing distributors and UWT China – a Joint Venture that has been established in 2004. Moreover, she attends to new markets as Vietnam and South Korea.
Also the existing distributors of UWT enforce their market penetration. UWT’s distributor in Thailand, RJC Associates Co. Ltd. (www.rjc.co.th) organized with the support of UWT the attendance at international trade fair “Victam Asia 2012” in Bangkok. The managing director and sales manager of the distributor in Malaysia, CNN also came to Bangkok to support this trade show. To sum up, it was a very successful trade show event which showed promising contacts and projects.
Also UWT’s Managing Director Uwe Niekrawietz and the International Sales Manager Markus Schalk traveled to Bangkok from 15 to 17 February. The Victam is an international trade fair for the animal feed, biomass and grain industries. The organizers of Victam, FIAAP and GRAPAS cooperated again this year in order to provide a qualified and wide range of exhibitors to the worldwide trade visitors (www.victam.com)
