Indonesia"s Gresik group covers approximately 80% of the local cement market. The world"s largest cement mill producer Loesche received the order for the supply of four cement mills mill for the new cement-grinding plants Tuban and Tonasa. Loesche relies for the dust removal of the mill on Intensiv-Filter and their modern bag filter installations.

Loesche placed an order with Intensiv-Filter including a total of four process bag filters of the type “ProJet mega ®” as well as small filters and accessories. The process bag filters are designed for a volume flow of 690,000 m3/h and a raw gas temperature of 90-120 °C. Filter bags with a length of 8 m come into use and a filter area of about 11,000 m2. The cleaning of the “ProJet mega ®” is made in offline mode.
