The order for the durst removal of two rotary kilns of the RHI AG went to Intensiv-Filter Austria The team of Intensiv-Filter Austria received from RHI AG, world market leader for fire-resistant products and refractory masses for the steel industry, the order for the dust removal of two rotary kilns. At temperatures between 1,500 °C and 1,800 °C the raw magnesite is burnt in rotary kilns to sinter magnesia. Currently the dust removal of the exhaust gases is realized with an electrostatic precipitator. Within the scope of a proactive environmental policy, this filter is exchanged by two bag filter plants of the type ProJet mega® from Intensiv-Filter. The order encloses the dust removal of two rotary kilns with a volume flow of 52,190 m3/h n.c each. The raw gas reaches the bag filters with 180 °C in normal condition, in maximum cases with 250 °C. Intensiv-Filter, specialist for industrial dust removal, received the tender Within the scope of industrialization in Turkmenistan, the Japanese company Kawasaki Plant systems with headquarters in Kobe has been ordered for the planning and installation of a fertilizer plant. From 2013 on, 1,200 t/d ammonia and 1.925 t/d urea are produced there. The generated emissions of the process need to be cleaned. Loesche relies on Intensiv-Filter Indonesia"s Gresik group covers approximately 80% of the local cement market. The world"s largest cement mill producer Loesche received the order for the supply of four cement mills mill for the new cement-grinding plants Tuban and Tonasa. Loesche relies for the dust removal of the mill on Intensiv-Filter and their modern bag filter installations. Loesche placed an order with Intensiv-Filter including a total of four process bag filters of the type “ProJet mega ®” as well as small filters and accessories. The process bag filters are designed for a volume flow of 690,000 m3/h and a raw gas temperature of 90-120 °C. Filter bags with a length of 8 m come into use and a filter area of about 11,000 m2. Already in 2008, Intensiv-Filter received the complete contract for the supply, installation and commissioning of a bag filter of the type "ProJet mega®" for one of the largest cement plants in Northern Europe. Client was the Cementa AB, a subsidiary of HeidelbergCement. The plant is located in the city Slite on the Swedish island of Gotland. After only six months of construction, the new and within the HeidelbergCement Group largest bag filter for the dust removal from the rotary kiln line 8, was successfully put into operation in early November. The technology- and innovationcentre TIZ, where Intensiv-Filter Austria is located, celebrated its anniversary. Landeshauptmann Dr. Josef Phringer took the 5-year existence as an occasion to congratulate.
