Leaf collection made easy with Masterflex special hoses
The Masterflex AG offers a special line of hoses specifically tailored to the municipal requirements of leaf and lawn collection.
The hoses meet the specific requirements in providing optimized abrasion resistance and anti-microbial protection.
Master-PUR hoses come in various diameters and feature a virtually smooth bore that helps minimise turbulences of the collected material while producing best suction performance and outstanding abrasion characteristics. This translates into benefits for the customer, i.e. longer service life, reduced set-up times and thus cost savings.
A unique manufacturing method allows full incorporation of the metal helix into the hose wall, making it resistant to torsion and displacement. This prevents the wire from chafing against the hose wall and profile distortions even at extreme bend radii. Moreover, the highly flexible Master-PUR hoses are also easy to handle due to their light weight.
The polyurethane hose types are available in various wall thicknesses and in all common sizes for the whole range of compact and truck-mounted sweepers as well as leaf collectors with leaf collection adapters.
Upon request, hoses are available with cast-on cuffs for tight and force-locked connections.
Crush-proof hoses complement product range
Be it feet or wheels, Master-PUR STEP MHR hoses do not crush when stepped on or driven over accidentally. Of course, these special hoses also provide anti-microbial protection for leaf collection applications. Due to a special plastic helix, these hoses retain their original form. This feature helps to avoid deformations caused by carelessness and thus to increase service life.
The microbe-resistant PU hose types are available from DN 16 to DN 500.
