Murtfeldt`s new Internet site is technically and visually state-of-the-art: Web 2.0-compliant, dynamic, with an optimized search machine, and up-to-date news.
When Murtfeldt decided to design a new Internet site a good nine months ago, standards were set at a high level. The existing site already offered visitors a large amount of information on plastics and product innovations as well as specific data on contact partners, trade fairs, and representatives abroad.
The new site easily meets this requirement. It boasts attractive header banners that move back after a short showdown to allow the sophisticated functions of the Website to take the fore. The diverse information provided on the site is presented clearly and arranged sensibly. The simple and structured navigation bar at the top of the page - the `catwalk` - and the navigation options in the right-hand page column help users to find the information they need at all times.
A big hit - the memo board. Have you found the information you were looking for? At the click of a mouse, you can move the information in question to your personal memo board. You can then send a direct inquiry to Murtfeldt or access the information next time you log on.
The CAD portal is another highlight: From now on, you can download technical 3D data directly from this portal. In addition, an informative and factual online help function gives users tips on where to find certain information. The Website is provided in five languages.
