NetterVibration invites visitors to Booth 9-511 at POWTECH

NetterVibration showcases PKL impactors and vibrators for bulk solids flow issues like caking and bridging at POWTECH. Their new NHK 10 combines high-frequency impact and vibration for efficient deposit removal in vessels and pipelines.
This year, NetterVibration will once again present itself at POWTECH in Nuremberg as a specialist in industrial vibration technology. The company’s trade fair presentation will focus on the proven PKL series, its comprehensive range of vibrators, and the expansion of the NHK series with the new NHK 10.

With the PKL series, NetterVibration offers an industry standard among pneumatic impactors. PKL impactors have been successfully solving material flow problems in almost every industry for decades. The portfolio is complemented by the innovative ePKL electric impactor as well as one of the market’s broadest ranges of pneumatic and electric vibrators. The solutions are available for ATEX environments, in stainless steel versions, oil-free designs, or as customer-specific variants, and can be integrated into plants using a wide variety of mounting and fastening solutions.

Whether conveying, dosing, screening, compacting, emptying, cleaning or automating processes, NetterVibration supports customers worldwide in making production processes safer, more efficient and more economical. This wide range of applications is also a key focus at POWTECH.

The high-frequency impactors of the NHK series have been specifically developed for applications where conventional impactors or vibrators reach their limits. Unlike traditional impact systems, the NHK operates at a high impact frequency of up to 50 rebound impacts per second while using lower impact energy. This enables deposits, caking and material bridges to be removed particularly efficiently while minimizing stress on the affected components. The combination of linear vibrations and high-frequency impacts ensures effective cleaning and compaction while maintaining high system availability. Typical applications include vessels, pipelines, heat exchangers, rotary kilns, as well as foundry applications, bulk solids handling and additive manufacturing (3D printing).

The NHK technology has been successfully used in demanding industrial applications for many years. With the new NHK 10, this proven operating principle is now available for the first time in a more compact, lighter and more economical version, making it suitable for an even broader range of applications.

Thomas Reis, Managing Director of NetterVibration, explains: ”Many operators are familiar with the situation: A vibrator improves material flow but does not always completely eliminate build-up or bridging. An impactor reliably solves these problems, but is often supplemented by an additional vibrator. The NHK combines both operating principles in one robust and durable device. With the new NHK 10, this solution is now available for an even wider range of applications.”

Achim Werkmann, Managing Director of NetterVibration, adds: ”For many years, POWTECH has been one of our most important platforms for personal exchange with users, plant manufacturers and process engineers. It is where innovation, practical expertise and real-world challenges come together. Visitors to our booth can experience the full spectrum of modern vibration technology – from proven standard products to customized solutions for demanding applications. We look forward to welcoming visitors to the exhibition.”

Perfectly Dosed: Innovative Technology for Fine and Coarse Bulk Solids
DosyPack – precise, gentle, efficient. Hygienic dosing for sensitive powders, flexible, ATEX-compliant, boosting quality and productivity. In many production processes, precise, safe, and reproducible dosing of bulk materials is critical – and often challenging. Each material has unique requirements: fine powders tend to clump, while coarser materials can bridge or clog. Hygroscopic or temperature-sensitive products need stable environmental conditions, and ATEX regulations apply in explosive areas. A dosing system must therefore work accurately and gently, while integrating seamlessly into existing production lines. Efficient Dosing with Vibration Technology The DosyPack dosing station from NetterVibration offers a flexible and precise solution for dosing and feeding bulk materials. It features a storage hopper and a feeder trough mounted on leaf springs, all made of brushed stainless steel. Pneumatic linear vibrators from the NTS or NTK series drive the trough, enabling precise start and stop of the material flow. Frequency, amplitude, and pressure control the feed rate, allowing exact and easy…

Cleaning method in critical process environments
The NHK High-Frequency Impactor cleans heat exchangers efficiently, removes deposits, boosts efficiency, extends uptime, and reduces costs. NHK High-Frequency Impactor – Maximum Efficiency for Heat Exchangers Heat exchangers are the heart of industrial processes. Deposits of dust, flue gases, or chemical particles can reduce their performance. The NHK High-Frequency Impactor from NetterVibration effectively removes even stubborn buildup, ensuring continuous cleaning, boosting energy efficiency, extending operational uptime, and significantly reducing maintenance costs. Innovative Technology for Superior Cleaning The NHK operates with a freely oscillating, self-adjusting piston that drives a heavy mass to strike the surface up to 50 times per second. Unlike conventional devices, it delivers many light impacts instead of single strong blows, thoroughly cleaning surfaces while protecting the equipment. The striking frequency is infinitely adjustable, and depending on pressure, the NHK can either vibrate or strike, delivering optimal cleaning results for every application. Robust and Flexible –…

Optimum protection for people and equipment
Dust generation during the conveying, compacting and loosening of bulk materials poses a major challenge for vibration technology components. NetterVibration has added improved dust protection to its NTK series. The generation of dust when conveying, compacting, or loosening bulk materials is often unavoidable—and presents a significant challenge for the vibration technology components in use. At the same time, the reliable performance of vibrators is essential for optimized processes and results, as well as for keeping maintenance and service costs low. NetterVibration has now expanded its NTK series to include a new variant with enhanced dust protection. This version features a precisely fitting thread and a seamlessly closing protective cap, offering not only improved durability but also a valuable contribution to occupational safety. NTK vibrators produce linear vibration using a freely oscillating, self-reversing piston that protrudes from the housing. While effective, this design can pose risks: under dusty conditions, the exposed piston—and thus the interior of the device—may become contaminated or damaged. Additionally, depending on the vibrator’s positioning…

NetterVibration Expands Photovoltaic Capacity
NetterVibration is reinforcing its commitment to ecological and social responsibility with a major investment. NetterVibration, a leading provider of vibration technology solutions, is reinforcing its long-standing commitment to ecological and social responsibility with a major new investment in renewable energy. Sustainability has long been a central focus at NetterVibration. The company pursues energy-efficient technologies and resource-conscious operations, regularly monitoring and reducing its carbon footprint. These efforts span from large-scale initiatives to small, meaningful everyday changes. For example, plastic attachments are now only included when necessary, and packaging has been systematically redesigned over the years to be more environmentally friendly and material efficient. Business travel is carefully planned, favouring trains, carpools, or electric company vehicles wherever possible. A major milestone was the move in 2020 to a modern, energy-efficient company headquarters. This transition not only improved working conditions but also significantly reduced…
