This concept has been further developed in several projects. Thanks to AI-based process optimizations, we are already anticipating palletizing capacities of up to 3,000 bags per hour. Equipped with specially adapted gripping systems, the robots securely pick up each individual bag and position it precisely in the desired pallet pattern. This results in stable, neatly stacked pallets that are ready for onward transport.
Flexible programming allows for the processing of different bag formats and pallet layouts without lengthy changeover times. The customer interface for connecting to their order systems also simplifies operation and process monitoring.
