Greif-Velox FOOD CONNECT 2025 took place on 13 November in Lübeck and provided a platform for professionals from production, packaging, and automation. The in-house event focused on practical knowledge exchange, new technological developments, and strategies to significantly increase efficiency in industrial food filling processes. Fully Automated Lines in Real Operation A key element of the event was the live demonstration of two fully automated packaging lines. At the core of the showcased systems was the BVP gross pneumatic packer, illustrating how production processes can be made more efficient, safer, and more flexible—tailored to the specific requirements of the food industry. Process Stability and Performance for Food Applications The first full line demonstrated a combination of two parallel bagging lines integrated with an FIBC filling system.
