New fume extractor control to be presented at LASER World of Photonics
At the leading trade show LASER World of Photonics, ULT will present the new ProSight™ control system for its storage filter units. This specially developed control offers users various benefits for the operation and maintenance of ULT filter units.
ProSight is a digital assistant that allows users to adjust the demand-based extraction power or monitor filter status, among other things, via a touch display. The integrated ’Smart Control System’ supports network communication (including the new OPC-UA standard) and use in automated environments via interfaces for machine coupling.
Additional features include independent volume flow or pressure control, a timer system, and an integrated security concept with access control for multiple user roles. The data collected by the control system regarding extraction performance or filter status can be analyzed directly on the display and used to improve the efficiency of the device.
Visitors to the trade fair in Munich/Germany can try out a test version of the ProSight control system at the ULT booth.
At the LASER World of Photonics, ULT will present solutions for air filtration in laser processes, which also offer significant cost savings for users. ULT’s extraction and filtration systems for laser fumes and laser dust support employee protection as well as process stability and product quality. They are utilized in a wide variety of laser processes and applications.
