Trade fair KUTENO Kunststofftechnik Nord under the umbrella of Easyfai

The internationally active trade fair organiser Easyfairs is taking over the KUTENO trade fair, thus strengthening its portfolio of trade fairs in the plastics industry.
The new partnership between the organiser of KUTENO and Easyfairs secures the further expansion of the trade fair for the future while maintaining the accustomed quality. KUTENO is a success story. ”With the experience of Easyfairs, our technical equipment and the synergies within the Easyfairs portfolio, we are continuing to write it,” emphasises Roland Brand, Managing Director of Easyfairs D-A-CH Region.

No stranger to the industry

A year ago, the international trade fair organiser already took over KPA - Kunststoff Produkte Aktuell in Ulm. With the acquisition of KUTENO, Easyfairs is once again bringing together what belongs together: KUTENO in Rheda-Wiedenbrück and KPA - Kunststoff Produkte Aktuell in Ulm - two trade fairs that are positioned at different points in the plastics value chain and share a similar trade fair concept and overlapping exhibitors and partners.
As Head of Cluster, Babette Bell and her team will be responsible for both KUTENO and KPA-Kunststoff Produkte Aktuell. Babette Bell: ”Together with Horst Rudolph, Easyfairs will continue to expand and strategically develop the strengths of KUTENO, especially the industry proximity and the high level of service of the trade fair.
From the point of view of Horst Rudolph, Managing Director of KUTENO GmbH and co-founder of KUTENO and KPA, the cooperation is the logical development step for the fair: ”Together with a strong and innovative partner like Easyfairs, KUTENO can be optimally expanded.

Easyfairs pursues clear strategic goals

The acquisition of KUTENO strengthens Easyfairs’ portfolio of industrial trade fairs. It underlines the group’s growth course and the expansion of its business in the DACH region. In addition to KUTENO and KPA, Easyfairs famously acquired other regional trade fairs such as the all about automation series or the FMB Zuliefermesse Maschinenbau. In addition to these acquisitions, the product range was continuously expanded through various new launches. Easyfairs organises more than 20 trade fairs annually in the DACH region.
”Our trade fairs fulfil a great need in the market with their regional concept. They are networking platforms and working exhibitions that set a clear focus and serve regional markets in a sustainable way. The all-inclusive stand packages with re-usable stands guarantee our customers a professional trade fair presence with minimal effort,” emphasises Roland Brand, Managing Director Easyfairs DACH.

Solids, Pumps & Valves and Recycling for a consistent circular economy
On 29 and 30 March 2023, Messe Dortmund will once again be dedicated to solids handling, pumps & valves and recycling. After their debut as a third event, the Solids, Recycling Technology and Pumps & Valves trade fairs will once again show the way to a more sustainable future next spring. Visitors and exhibitors alike will benefit from the synergies of the three trade fairs, especially in the areas of mechanical recycling, sorting and digitalisation. ”Against the backdrop of increasing raw material scarcity, greater environmental impact and rising energy costs, the pressure on industries remains high. The call for sustainable, more recycling-oriented and energy-efficient products is getting louder and companies are challenged to quickly lay the foundations for this,” says Anna Lena Sandmann, Head of Events Solids, Recycling Technology and Pumps & Valves Dortmund from organiser Easyfairs Deutschland GmbH, explaining the current situation in the industries. In addition to sustainable product design and energy-saving processes, recycling plays an important role. Decision-makers are

Trade show Solids gets Italian flair
The Solids European Series is moving to the south of Europe. For the first time, the renowned bulk solids industry trade show will take place in Italy as Solids Parma on 14 and 15 June 2023. At the request of many exhibitors, the organiser Easyfairs is thus bringing the top-class business platform to the heart of the northern Italian economy and is already expecting around 150 exhibitors and more than 4,000 trade visitors. “With SOLIDS Parma, we can finally fulfil our exhibitors’ wish for a trade show in the economically strong north of Italy,” says Daniel Eisele of Easyfairs Deutschland GmbH, who is delighted about the new event location. As head of the Solids European Series, Eisele has been approached many times about an additional event in Italy. As location within Italy the organizer chose Parma in Emilia-Romagna.It is located in the middle of the industries relevant to the bulk solids sector and thus meets the location concept of the experienced organiser: and the needs of the visitors: Short distances and a great demand for technological solutions in the handling of powders, granulates and bulk solids.
