High flexibility for dry, flowable raw materials.
Bulk solids specialist Daxner offers suitable dosing systems for a wide range of raw materials. They are used for fully automatic raw material weighing of a variety of dry, free-flowing raw materials and are equipped with a subsequent vacuum conveying system. For producers, this means maximum flexibility - even for demanding components. The number of different components is defined on a customer-specific basis, making handling highly variable. Various design-features for the fields of foods, chemical, animal feed and plastics yield optimized solutions for custom requirements.
Optimal accuracy & production in Hygienic Design
The raw materials are weighed to the gram: 100 to 5,000 grams are possible. Discharge is absolutely safe and adapted to the producer’s needs. In addition, the requirements for Hygienic Design are met.
Optional features for even more flexibility
Daxner offers its customers absolute flexibility in plant design. Depending on the customer’s requirements, optional design in accordance with ATEX directives (dust explosion rated design) or equipment with a larger receiver bin are possible.
