Fully automated mixing and dosing system for producing ready-made ingredient mixes is the top issue at Powtech 2019.
System´s 3D-container transport system doses and weighs minor ingredients directly from silos. This system produces complex batch mixes, prevents cross contamination for all handled allergens and complies with sanitary regulations.
Via the product intake station VIB & PRESS, which is used for the intake and control screening of powdery products, especially for difficult products like egg powder, pepper powder etc., ingredients are fed into the mixer. VIB & PRESS is an innovation from Daxner, which can perform two actions at once: Additional to the vibrating screen (VIB) which performs the screening action, the products are pressed through a flat screen (PRESS) by rotating paddles. Agglomerations and lumps in the products are thus dissolved gently.
Daxner´s mixing systems always include sophisticated systems of control mechanisms. The exhibited centrifugal screener is used for the efficient control screening, fractioning and de-agglomeration of mealy and granular powders. This device enables an easy and fast cleaning, since it can be dissambled without the use of any tools.
