Thanks to it’s special construction the VSF filling system developed by Vollenda enables a dust free bag filling which is very important especially in the pharmaceutical- and food industry.

The fully automatic VSF by VOLLENDA is most suitable for the bagging of free flowing up to critical flowing products in open bags at a filling range from 5...up to 25 kg.

Based on an new security -/ and design concept the filling process takes place in a completely closed double-compartment housing. To increase the reliability and to reduce the efforts for cleaning and maintenance to a minimum, the system components as drives, tubing etc. are mounted out of the process area in an intermediate compartment.

Pre-prepared open bags are put in a stock in staples or in a slide-in stock. Then the bags are released automatically and placed and clamped on the dust free clamp BK-AS. Due to the pneumatic bag clamp BK-AS it is possible to realize a completely dust free bag filling process.
Dosing and weighing of the product is done inside the housing by means of a gross weigher or by a net weigher mounted on the housing.

The filled bag is folded automatically when it’s still inside the housing and then brought by the transfer unit to the closing system Depending on the bag material the closing will be done by sewing or sealing. The entrance doors of the system are made of security glass.
With this the VSF complies with all modern security and hygienic standards.
