Dust free filling no longer a problem! Thanks to it’s special construction the VSF filling system developed by Vollenda enables a dust free bag filling which is very important especially in the pharmaceutical- and food industry. The fully automatic VSF by VOLLENDA is most suitable for the bagging of free flowing up to critical flowing products in open bags at a filling range from 5...up to 25 kg. Based on an new security -/ and design concept the filling process takes place in a completely closed double-compartment housing. To increase the reliability and to reduce the efforts for cleaning and maintenance to a minimum, the system components as drives, tubing etc. are mounted out of the process area in an intermediate compartment. Pre-prepared open bags are put in a stock in staples or in a slide-in stock. Then the bags are released automatically and placed and clamped on the dust free clamp BK-AS.
