GmbH, Berlin, world-wide leading producer of analytical devices for direct and rapid stability analysis and particle characterization of dispersions offers traineeships within the European Leonardo da Vinci programme since 2002. The trainees are actively involved in the business processes of this company. “For the first time we have now 3 trainees at LUM in parallel, besides 15 full-time employees. It has begun with the successful cooperation with the University of Miskolc, Hungary, which is traditionally in the field of marketing “, states Prof. Lerche, Managing Director of L.U.M. GmbH. „Additionally this year, we have selected two further graduates from Spain and Portugal for our research and development“, continues Prof. Lerche. „We obtain important support from trainees in the non-producing processes. The decision for the Leonardo programme is regarded as part of our investment in the future of our company as well as in in the young people.“
