Fluid bed technology and spouted bed technology, with a wide range of process options, enable defined adjustment of bulk densities, stabilization of mixtures and, of course, separation of active ingredients – such as bleaching agents, perfume oils or enzymes – by coating the individual components.
There are many adjusting screws and leeway, from specific particle shapes and sizes to the release of individual ingredients. Synthesis by chemical reaction is also possible. The different processes in the fluid bed are used specifically to spray different liquids simultaneously. Due to the variety of options, a wide range of end product properties can be achieved.
