in large filter systems All the proven benefits of pure surface filtration with the Herding® Sinter-Plate filter are transferred with the Herding® MAXX series to the application at high volume flows up to 1,000,000 m³/h. The extremely compact design allows to use with low available building heights and a limited installation area compared to conventional large-scale filter systems. The modular concept also allows the most efficient use of space during shipment and bringing in, as well as high flexibility in the erection of the systems. By significantly lower costs for cranes and scaffolding, assembly times are reduced by up to 30% compared to conventional filter systems. The highest separation efficiency of the dust fractions is made by the patented Herding® Sinter-Plate filters, which, due to the rigid body design enable a pure surface filtration and achive a clean gas dust concentration lower than 0.5 mg / m³ in large filter system installations.
