Aldak electric vibration motors types AV and VV
Vibration motors with cast iron housings or light aluminium housings, centrifugal forces up to 245 kN in a frequency range of 750 - 3600 rpm Vibration motors and vibrators are technical devices that generate and transmit mechanical vibrations by supplying energy. These vibration motors or vibrators are usually used in bulk material handling processes, for material compaction and at neuralgic points in mechanical systems, as well as in areas of model making, for smartphones or any other devices that require feedback via vibration. Vibration motors (also called vibration motors, unbalance motors, oscillating motors, unbalance drives, vibrators or external vibrators) as well as vibrators are manufactured especially for vibration-technical machines in which bulk materials are conveyed, separated, compacted, distributed, dissolved or sorted by vibration. Vibration motors and vibrators can be varied depending on the area of application. Two types of electric vibration motors: * type AV. For this type a wide product range with aluminium and spheroidal cast iron housing is available. The centrifugal force

New high frequency knockers and vibrators
The new FPK- series from Findeva are piston vibrators & high frequency knockers all in one devices. The new FPK- series from Findeva combine the advantages of high-frequency vibrators for the fluidization of powders, etc. with the characteristics of knockers - a solution for particularly problematic material and adhering substances. The vibratores can be operated oil-free and are chemical resistant to ensure the utilization for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as for the food production industry. EX-protection versions Ex II 2 G / D c T6 T85° C are available on option.

Further development of (intermittent) pneumatic knockers
The new series are compact in design, flexible in use and suitable for single-stroke control as well as intermittent self-control. FKL-in series In this further developed pneumatic knocker, a particularly compact design was emphasized. Moreover, the pneumatic knocker is flexible usable – suitable for single-stroke control as well as intermittent self-control. Impact force Using the single-stroke control, the impact force is adjustable steplessly by regulating the inlet pressure. In the case of intermittent self-control, the user has three levels available to adjust the impact force. Pulsing In cases of using single-stroke control, the impact is triggered by opening and closing an upstream 3/2-way valve (optional). The valve is controlled, for example, by a PLC. Only an optional automatic self-control (PST FKL -si and/or -in) is required for intermittent self-control. When pressure arrives at the system, the pulsing can be adjusted at the throttle of the PST. The pneumatic knocker is supplied with a base plate which is used to attach the knocker and transmit the impact impulse.
