With the Rotor Weigher FRIEDRICH electronic a large number of poor flowing products can be measured, e.g. flour, shavings, chips, splints, powders, byproducts and bran. A horizontally aligned rotor is located inside the Rotor Weigher. It is driven at constant speed. The product is fed to the center of the rotor and accelerated to approx. 9 m/s. The occurring Coriolis force is gathered by a torsion spring and captured by a flux induction sensor. The system is completely proportional to the mass flow measurement. Material-specific characteristics such as flow characteristics or friction are not included in the measurement as errors. Continuous monitoring of moisture content of free flowing bulk solids, grain and granules using a high-frequency probe. Display and registration of: current humidity, Hectoliter weight, grain temperature The Online Moisture Measuring Unit MC is used for continuous monitoring of moisture contents of free-flowing bulk solids, in particular grain and granulates. A high frequency probe, centrally mounted in a measuring pipe, measures the relative permittivity and temperature of the bulk material passing the probe. These values are continuously processed by the evaluation unit in order to determine the moisture contents of the material; this is then displayed digitally. Density measuring system If the density of the material is subject to strong fluctuations, an optional density measuring system can be supplied in order to compensate for this. The evaluation unit can be mounted in any position; it is dust-tight and suitable for wall mounting. The moisture signal is automatically controlled by two adjustable limit values. Continuous loading, weighing and dosing With the Batch Controller BC3 it is possible to continuously load free flowing bulk solids on trucks. The amount of bulk is electronically preselected and initiated. The Batch Controller BC3, consisting of flat slider and weighing unit, doses with maximum flow capacity until the desired amount is reached and stops dosing automatically. By this means the truck load can be predosed exactly. Afterwards the truck drives on a vehicle scale. An over- or underrun is avoided.
