Truck loading with the Batch Controller BC3
Continuous loading, weighing and dosing
With the Batch Controller BC3 it is possible to continuously load free flowing bulk solids on trucks. The amount of bulk is electronically preselected and initiated. The Batch Controller BC3, consisting of flat slider and weighing unit, doses with maximum flow capacity until the desired amount is reached and stops dosing automatically. By this means the truck load can be predosed exactly. Afterwards the truck drives on a vehicle scale. An over- or underrun is avoided. The truck can be charged appropriately in an easy way.
