Disk mill for a ultrafine grinding
The GRANOMAT JP disk mill is designed for the ultrafine grinding of numerous products and can be used for both wet and dry milling. The most varied of products can be produced, depending on the type of disk employed.
The GRANOMAT JP disk mill is based on the stator-rotor principle with a fixed and a rotating disk, which allows milling or rubbing. The mill is able to process grains from 3 mm down to 10 μm using corresponding disks with a throughput of 1 to 3000 kg/h depending on the starting product, the grinding fineness and the machine type. At present, three machines with different disk sizes are available: GRANOMAT JP 150, JP 250 and JP 360.
The GRANOMAT JP machine can be used for instance when producing emulsifying of fats and cosmetics, as well as for powdering or slurrying hard materials such as glass, minerals, bone, metal oxides, zeolite, medical products, pigments, medical materials etc., pastes of vegetables, fruits, meat, sesame seeds, nuts, pigments, seaweeds, soya beans, rice, etc. and pre-crushing corn, ginger, mustard seeds, almonds. The GRANOMAT JP is used in the food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
