Three new X-ray scanner have entered into the globally successful product portfolio of OCS Checkweighers.
First-class technology at a competitive price: The SC E 3000-D-C is the ideal start into cutting-edge X-ray inspection. Developed for all products in primary and secondary packaging up to a medium size the scanner features a diode array detector with a resolution of 0,4 mm. It is completely made of stainless steel and complies with the protection class IP 65.
The SC 4000-C-C has a metal ceramics tube. Its integrated water cooling system replaces the commonly used oil-based coolant with water and doesn"t need any external cooling. Detection of foreign objects, counting as well as checks for correct shapes, completeness and filling level are part of the feature list. The SC 4000-C-C is available as single and multi track system.
As the largest model of the range the SC 6000-C-C leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to process reliability and hygienic design. A minimum of false-positive rejections combined with a maximized detection accuracy lead to highest possible reliability. Its modular design stands for intelligent cost saving. Its high-performance camera detector based on HD-TDI technology renders sharp, high-resolution pictures thus providing the ideal input for the specialized image processing software developed by OCS.
