Besides EC-Essential, the compact standard model for safe and reliable weighing of up to 150 pieces per minute, the exhibit also features HC-M and HC-A, two higher specified, successful checkweigher models that meet the most stringent requirements in modern, dynamic weighing technology in terms of accuracy and throughput.
The latest generation manufactured from stainless steel and designed for damp room environment enables the best possible product inspection for these so called wipe down conditions.
For the more demanding wash down cleaning regimes in the fresh food sector, OCS Checkweighers presents its Wash Down model (HC-M-WD), especially designed for intensive and frequently repeated high pressure cleaning cycles. These checkweighers with sophisticated performance features comply with the food industry’s strictest hygiene requirements. Often these type of machines are used in combination with an integrated metal detector.
