The ViDos® valve by Ebro is applied as discharge or control valve in nearly all areas of bulks handling. In order to prevent bridging and blocking of material flow, a vibrator mounted on the lower shaft causes a light linear vibration of the valve disc. The vibrations keep the medium in motion and effectively reduce bridging. A mounted positioner enables different coarse/fine positions to be reached, so that medium can still be discharged with even small opening angles.

The valve design is a wafer and lug type butterfly valve and is available in nominal diameters from DN 150 to DN 400 (also with stainless steel body up to DN 300). It is suitable for temperatures from -10 to +200 °C, depending on medium, pressure and material.
For installation in the food industry corresponding approvals are available.

EBRO’s Valve Liners: Tailored for Industrial Excellence
EBRO ARMATUREN specializes in developing custom valve liners that provide reliable sealing and unobstructed flow for industrial valves. These liners are engineered to withstand extreme conditions, ensuring optimal performance across various applications. Hagen-based manufacturer EBRO ARMATUREN boasts unparalleled expertise in developing liners for industrial valves. As well as focusing on the development of standard liners from elastomers, its Experimental Development department also comes up with solutions that meet all manner of customer requirements – tailored to their specific area of application. An essential component with wide-ranging tasks The liner is the critical component of any shut-off or control valve. When the valve is closed, it ensures reliable sealing; when it is open, it guarantees an unobstructed flow for the medium and perfectly sealed shaft and flange connections. In the process, elastic liners are exposed to a wide range of mechanical, chemical and thermal loads. These include abrasive and aggressive media as well as extreme temperatures and pressures, not to mention the strain put on them by the deformation that occurs whenever they are opened or closed. Innovative control for inflatable seats from EBRO ARMATUREN
EBRO ARMATUREN has launched INFLAS PRO with microcontroller-driven process flow. An innovative option for controlling inflatable seats. The Hagen-based industrial valves specialist EBRO ARMATUREN has launched INFLAS PRO, an innovative method of controlling inflatable seats in the series of INFLAS valves. The control unit, equipped with a microcontroller, not only cycles the full range of operations for opening and closing the valve, it also monitors all the relevant parameters. Thus, it can proactively detect potential malfunctions in advance and report them back to the PLC via a volt-free contact. INFLAS valves with inflatable seat The INFLAS sealing system was developed for use of the valve with flows of highly abrasive or highly sensitive substances. In the closed valve position the sealing seat is pressed against the valve disc pneumatically. If there are any scores that have already been caused by abrasion, they are closed off by the pressure of the seat. The valve remains tight. Consequently, any abrasion wear can be compensated over a lengthy period. When the valve is opened, the sealing
