Key Features of Our Mixing Technology
A three-part mixing system forms the core of our technology, consisting of a specially shaped mixing container, a mixing screw, and the ability to adjust the mixing container’s tilt angle to the flow behavior of the respective products. This allows for gentle or intensive mixing of diverse materials, depending on requirements.
Optional accessories like high-frequency shear heads enable efficient comminution of agglomerates and ensure homogeneous distribution of liquid components during the mixing process. Our developments consistently align with the latest technological standards. Current innovations include:
- Automatic opening and closing of the mixing container lid on large systems
- Temperature monitoring during the mixing process
- Remote maintenance solutions
- Operation and control via tablet (e.g., iPad)
Comprehensive Portfolio
In cooperation with our partner Mecatex SA, we also offer a comprehensive portfolio of peripheral devices, including systems for automatic, dust-free conveying of the mixture directly into downstream processes like filling systems, as well as solutions for handling bags, big bags, or containers, and dosing systems.
Live Demonstrations
At our exhibition stand, we will be showcasing a small mixer (up to 130 liters) and a model with a volume of 440 liters. All systems shown are in operation and demonstrate their performance live.
To practically demonstrate the efficiency and flexibility of our mixers, we regularly conduct demonstration tours at home and abroad. This provides the opportunity to test our mixing systems directly on-site with your own products.
