KMH-Kammann Metallbau unveils new possibilities with 3D laser
Laser Cutting and Welding with Maximum Flexibility and Precision
Since 1986, KMH-Kammann Metallbau has stood for custom-engineered solutions in addition to standard pipe and distribution systems in steel and stainless steel. With the introduction of its new 3D laser, KMH sets a new benchmark - delivering true innovation in every dimension.
Equipped with six axes for cutting and welding, KMH is now able to produce all angles between 15° and 95° - all without rigid tooling. This results in maximum flexibility, minimal material deviation, and exceptional precision when processing pipes and formed parts.
Thanks to contactless laser processing, there is virtually no spatter - inside or out - ensuring a new level of cleanliness and dimensional accuracy in cut edges. Especially for intricate contours and complex geometries, the new 3D laser impresses with smooth edges and a minimal heat-affected zone.
Workpieces up to 2,540 mm (X), 1,040 mm (Y), and 470 mm (Z) can be handled with ease, providing a large working area. And when it comes to material versatility, almost anything is possible - from aluminum to the most advanced steel alloys.
Kammann. Can.
Whether it’s prototypes, one-off parts, or series production: KMH now offers solutions that can fulfill virtually any custom fabrication requirement. Customers benefit from near-limitless design freedom, coupled with top-tier process reliability and energy efficiency. What’s more, the resource-efficient technology reduces CO₂ emissions—contributing to a more sustainable production process.
