The owner of the plant, SCHRAMM Coatings, has been active for over 200 years and is specialized in coatings for plastic, metal, electrical isolation and aluminium coils, which are predominantly found in the automobile industry. As car-coatings are made with solvents, most of the equipment is ATEX. After a takeover in 2011, many investments have been made and as a result, more recent equipment can be found in the catalogue as well.
