Scaime, a leading manufacturer of process weighing equipment, introduces its new R30X series of load cells. Designed to weigh the most demanding tanks, vessels or silos, the R30X offers OIML certified accuracy class C3 for commercial weighing applications. In developing the R30X load cell, Scaime utilised the latest advances in strain gauge measurement technology. This highly accurate and corrosion-resistant sensor offers a long service life and ensures safer and more reliable processes in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The R30X is also characterised by its ability to function in the wettest environments. It is hermetically sealed, complies with protection class IP68 and is made of a new, particularly corrosion-resistant stainless steel grade 1.4418. Scaime has also thought about easy maintenance of the sensors and offers the option of choosing an output with cable or M12 connector. This option allows the sensors to be replaced without removing the cables and also offers the possibility of using special cables, e.g. for optimum compatibility with certain chemical substances.
As a logical extension of the R10X load cell, the R30X offers weighing capacities from 1t to 25t with a higher accuracy and in a similarly compact format. The R30X is therefore compatible with the Silosafe EVO mounting kit and provides a safe, accurate, small and very easy to mount solution for static or dynamic weighing. To ensure a long service life, high stability and maximum weighing accuracy, the Silosafe R mounting kit:
- a double side stop and an anti-tip device with very high capacity;
- a pendulum device that allows the silo to expand without compromising weighing accuracy;
- a holding device that allows the load cell to be changed very quickly.
Für dynamische Anwendungen mit hohen horizontalen Kräften kann jeder Silosafe EVO-Bausatz mit einem oder zwei Kugelgelenken ausgestattet werden, um die Struktur zu halten.
