Here is a perfect example of our engineering & innovation. Recently a customer needed a solution for a very complex mixing problem. The mixing process created a need for a mixer that could handle the low temperatures of dry ice, while at the same time needed to load ingredients automatically in a low overhead area. For this we created a cover that slid off the mixer instead of being hinged. This also allowed for the flex tubing of the ingredient feeders to remain attached. The mixer also featured PerMix’s ”Stub-Shaft Design” which is a total hygienic design.
