New agitator bead mill for the research
Dispersing and wet fine grinding in small scale with the new DYNO-MILL RESEARCH LAB
WAB succeeded in developing of a new small agitator bead mill with the new DYNO-MILL RESEARCH LAB which permits
to disperse and to grind liquid and viscous products down to the nano range
to produce small product batch sizes > 100ml in a continuous or in a circulation process
to grind products metal-free with the ceramic execution made of zirconia / silicon carbide
to dismantle the complete, closed grinding unit and to clean and to sterilize it separately
to use smallest grinding media size from 0.05 - 1.0mm
Even in the early stages of the product development it is possible with this new DYNO-MILL RESEARCH LAB to receive a clear statement about the achievements of product quality i.e. particle size distribution, grain size, viscosity etc.
