MOIST xLAB
Laboratory Moisture Measuring Instrument
MOIST xLAB is a ruggedised laboratory moisture meter on a microwave basis for reproducible offline measurements close to the production process.
The portable, compact and robust instrument can be used for fast moisture measurements in solids, bulk goods and planar materials. One reading takes only one second. The measurement detects moisture at the surface and in the core of the sample. Customer specific material calibrations allow exact and reproducible measurements.
MOIST xLAB is an intelligent device with an integrated microcontroller. In simple applications it can be used in a stand-alone mode. For more complex moisture measuring tasks, especially for time dependent monitoring of moisture or better documentation of measurements, the combination with the software MOIST LAB TERMINAL is recommended.
Special fields of application for the device are moisture measurements in bulk goods, grains and agricultural materials as well as the conceivable usage for the food industry. MOIST xLAB continues to prove itself within the chemical and pharmaceutic industry.
The MOIST xLAB provides a material specific moisture range from 0 to 80% (wet base). The standard operating temperature range of the laboratory device may vary between 0 to 70°C.
