Poeth Soldis Processing from Tegelen presents the Mini Z and C Conveyor type FS2020 for the gentle and explosion-proof horizontal and vertical transport of powders, granules and granules. The extra compact chain conveyor achieves capacities of up to 20 m3 / hour.
The costs for making explosion-proof, for example, a cup or container elevator are up to three times higher than the transport system itself. The Mini Z and C Conveyor from Poeth, on the other hand, can gently advance materials so that no Atex facilities are required. The transport capacity is 0 to 20 m3 / hour.
Explosion proof
Dry, organic substances can pose an explosion risk if they are transported at speeds of more than 1 m / s. This is the case with cup or bucket elevators because they only function well at speeds of around 2 m / s or higher. Such installations are subject to Atex laws and regulations. They must meet a series of requirements that require costly measures. For example, disconnections, explosion suppression, pressure relief, skew protection and automation. The Mini Z and C Conveyor does not need this.
Cautious
The Mini Z- and C-Conveyor is a chain conveyor with carriers that functions optimally at speeds well below 1 m / s. This excludes explosion risks. The powders, granules and granules are transported horizontally, vertically and diagonally without friction and without static charging. The Mini Z- and C-Conveyor is therefore ideally suited for the energy-efficient transport of fracture-sensitive materials. But sticky and aqueous raw materials can also be transported well.
Compact
The Mini Z and C Conveyor has a compact design and can therefore be easily integrated into existing processes. The installation has a minimum of cabling and electronics and is virtually maintenance free. The robust machine is also not susceptible to malfunctions. Unlike cable conveyors, no cable breakage can occur. This makes the Mini Z-Band a cost-efficient, robust and, above all, alternative to cup or bin elevators or disc conveyors
Test setup
Poeth Solids Processing has its own service department and keeps all parts of the Mini Mini Z and C Conveyor in stock. The company has a test center in Tegelen where a Mini Z and C Conveyor is set up. Customers can carry out tests here with their own product, so that they are assured of a working solution.
