Matam NON 550-3 Under level filler
Bag handling machine on high capacity for milk powder
MATAM has developed their filling line for 500 bags per hour to a capacity of 550 bags per hour. A goal of 600 bags per hour is possible (13.500 till 15.00 kg per hour).
The line is an in-line under level filler. We fill the bag bottoms up on gross dosing to ensure an minimum of dust while filling.
By adjustments in the different dosing points we are able to realize a process acceleration of almost one second per bag. This guarantees an output of 550 bags per hour.
The Matam non 550-3 filling line can be provided under gas flushing and equipped with every type of bag closure. And of course working in accordance with client specific requirements is our starting point.
