Hooder M series
This Hooder M series is specifically designed for the Euro and Block pallets, in addition to its successful Hooder L series which is suitable for specific pallet dimensions, a perfect complement to the Willems scope of Stretchhood machines.
The stretchunit is designed by a special steel, this creates a lighter construction but with the same strength, this provides a weight saving of 35%. An additional advantage is that because of this, higher speeds can be achieved with the stretch unit.
The vertical and horizontal movements of the Hooder M are Servo controlled to a neat acceleration and deceleration. This benefits the synchronization and the positioning of the stretch arms.
Applying servo motors in combination with the light stretch unit Hooder M series delivers besides a higher efficiency a minimum consumption of energy cost per pallet.
