Metallic Bellows is an important and regular supplier to the growing Indian aerospace industry, but also to various other sectors. In house facilities include the manufacture of corrugated multi-ply bellows and edge welded bellows in a variety of materials.
Quality assurance is perfected as shown in their AS9100B including ISO9001:2008 certification for the aircraft industry. Several dedicated testing machines for optimum result and life endurance performance were developed over the years.
As shown here Metallic Bellows has a regular production of stem bellows for valves, conforming to present and future emission regulations. Other typical and regular supplies are for vacuum applications, accumulators, pressure sensors, load cell protection, servomotor couplings, aerospace and exhaust gas systems.
In addition to that complete bellow systems with hydro-formed tubes are produced for various applications. The intensive R&D work in design and manufacturing has given Metallic Bellows a prime position in the markets for valves, vacuum and aerospace applications.
