The 2-way WYE Line Diverter is specifically engineered to handle dry bulk solids in vacuum or dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems with pressures up to 1 bar. The 2-way WYE Line Diverter provides a number of significant advantages over traditional flapper and rotating tunnel style diverters. Trouble spots inherent in these conventional diverters are eliminated with the 2-way WYE Line Diverter, providing superior sealing, low installation weight, fast `in-line` maintenance, and an abrasion resistant design for long-term, reliable service.
Adapting the 2-way WYE Line Diverter to your system requirements is made easy with a wide selection of actuators, position indication switches, flanges, and tube stubs and is available in 50mm through 200mm. The 2-way WYE Line Diverter also offers a wide variety of modifications to accommodate high or low temperatures, corrosive, humid, and hazardous environments.
The 2-way WYE Line Diverter is versatile and well-suited for many plastic or resin material handling applications. It can be provided ST37.2, Aluminum, SS304 and SS316 configurations and can be connected together to offer a number of permutations of system routings. The Multi-Port Line Diverter can be applied to control, shut-off, or meter material flow of non-abrasive to moderately abrasive powders, granulars, or pellets.
