Precise flow metering
The C-Lever unique technique achieves a most excellent accuracy of +/- 0.25% of the volumetric range of nearly all flowing bulks and solids. Compared to conventional measuring systems, based on volume, speed or weight, the REMBE system measures the porduct flow line. The C-Lever II is made withour any mechanical moved parts (actuuators, pivot bearings, belts etc..). As a result there is no need for precalibration. Alle electronical components are mounted outside of the product flow. They are not influenced by humidity, vibration or dust. This system additionally offers an overload block. Severe changes of flow and/or pulsations caused by rotary valves or screw feeders do not influence the accuracy.
The C-Lever is ideal for regulating screw feeders or truck loading systems.
